Mastering the Marketing Mosaic

Being in the wrong place at the wrong time is not only dangerous for us as humans, but for great ideas as well. Marketing becomes more complex every day and requires not only technical knowledge but also a good intuition for the trends and peculiarities of the channels.

Because we have already worked through several campaigns in our professional lives - from very small and local for just a few euros to global ones with a budget of a couple of millions - we know where and when you have to communicate what. And perhaps even more important: where and when mistakes often happen that cause a good idea to wither away.

This is how we design Dandori marketing

Marketing for tomorrow needs good planning today

We already know: Marketing is not easy. Trade conventions have to be planned and organized, newspaper advertisements have to be booked weeks in advance and Instagram posts have to be designed and published - and all activities have to follow the marketing strategy. However, different ideas, different responsibilities and time pressure all too often prevent good ideas from ultimately delivering good results.

To prevent this from happening, communication must be organized and strategically prepared to achieve maximum efficiency. The Japanese language has its own word for this procedure: Dandori. In the end it's simply no fun to let good ideas fail due to poor planning, so we have adopted the Dandori concept and show our customers how to act thoughtfully and with foresight - and not just in marketing.

Answer questions

That depends entirely on the project. Developing a new brand with all the bells and whistles is more expensive than improving the content of an existing email system in order to generate higher click rates or sales. Our prices also differ depending on whether the customers are non-profit or self-employed and, if so, how many feedback loops are desired.

Our industry has many black sheep. We only really became aware of this after we switched sides and now serve small businesses and self-employed people from large marketing teams in international companies. We have heard many bad stories from our customers and in some cases have already issued warnings to the competition in order to prevent misleading and unfair offers. Regardless of whether you pick us or not, you should always check whether the consultancy can present credible customer projects and that certain qualifications and experience are presented. In our opinion, dubious providers are very similar in tone and presentation, so you can easily distinguish good from bad offers.

Yes! If you only have a few euros available, our Komsulting Marketing Guide is a good help for you. There we summarized many instructions, case studies and templates that you can use to plan and implement your own marketing yourself. In addition, an initial consultation with us is always free, and if we hear about your idea or problem, we can often spontaneously give you good tips - free of charge. Everything after that has its price, of course, but we offer many discounts for non-profit companies or small businesses. Just ask!

Advertising agencies are good for large companies to get new ideas and impulses from an outside perspective. Agencies are often characterized by a very creative-oriented way of working, which can be useful for existing marketing teams. Advertising agencies are also used when certain, especially larger, campaigns become so complex that companies can no longer handle the work on their own. However, we consciously decided against offering our processes and services as an agency. Because even if we can work just as creatively in the implementation (feel free to take a look at our customer stories, to get your own idea), we see the problem of our customer group being more in the strategy, framework conditions and limitations to which our customers are subjected to. Because the best communication fails if the objectives are not clear and strategy behind it do not work. In order to offer both strategy and implementation from a single source, we are a consultancy - not a classic agency that “just” carries out briefings.

Don't worry, we all started small! For us, it's not just about running ads or scheduling social media posts. We start at the basics and help you clearly define your target group, your USPs and your marketing goals. We will then develop a strategy together that fits your budget and resources. It is important to us that in the end you not only have great marketing measures, but also understand why and how they work.

Of course, no problem! We also offer individual services and can concentrate fully on your specific needs. Be it an SEO analysis, a social media concept or improving your website – we get there where you need us.

We offer both short and long term contracts. And if you decide to go in a different direction in the middle of the project, we are flexible enough to adjust the project horizon accordingly. We believe in a partnership of equals and not in rigid contractual structures.
